Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of dimenworks.com and dimenpro.com (the "Sites"), operated by Dimen Works.
1. Software licenses
Our software is licensed, not sold. Use of each product is governed by its End User License Agreement (EULA), which you accept when installing or activating the product.
2. Purchases
Purchases from outside Taiwan are made through FastSpring, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, and FastSpring's terms apply to payment, taxes and refunds. Purchases in Taiwan are arranged directly with us by email, under the terms stated in our quotation.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Sites, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, or bypass license controls.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software on the Sites belong to Dimen Works or its licensors. Microsoft and Excel are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
5. Disclaimer
The Sites and their content are provided "as is". Product information may change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dimen Works is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Sites.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taichung District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
